How do I place a customizable product?

For personalised items, you need to select the option "Design from blank". You will go to the design page to design your own button or label.

In case you did not select "Design from blank" option, you may leave your custom text in the text box on the product page . We will contact you to verify once the order is received. We will send you a draft for approval within 24hrs. We will not process the order until we receive confirmation about the draft send by email.

Can I have 2 different text printing within a set buttons or labels

It is possible to have 2 different text printed within a set of 100 pcs  for an extra fee of 8 USD. Please send your request to [email protected] to have a custom order set up for you.

Your shop doesn’t allow me to put items in the shopping basket?

This has something to do with your cookies setting. Please try to use a different browser. You may also send us your order by email.

What format do you accept for logo printing?

We prefer to work with vector files, like cdr / eps / ai / svg. If you don't have that we also accept 300 dpi high resolution jpeg. You may upload your logo at the product page, or send the file separately by email after order has been placed.

How can I get a refund?

Only when your order has not yet been processed, it's possible to cancel and receive an refund. Please send an email for your refund request to [email protected]  along with the invoice number and user name. Please noted, that 0.70 usd cancellation fee will be applied to compensate bank fee's.



Registered mail or EMS mail?

Registered mail takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive and EMS takes about 3 to 4 working days.

Free delivery option will be shipped as registered mail.

Where does my order ship from?

All our products are processed and shipped from Hong Kong.

Can I track my order?

At the moment Hong Kong post do not have a detailed online tracking system yet, but this might come in the near future.

I did not receive my order

All orders will be shipped registered from Hong Kong, this mean : you will need to sign upon arrival and delivery takes about 2 - 3 weeks. If you have not received notification for pick up after 3 week, please contact us asap. We will investigate the shipment for you. Your order will be processed and shipped again once a formal loss notice has been received from the Hong Kong post.
